Our Founder and CEO, Rick Gonzales, is a mortgage and real estate broker who specializes in single family financing, consumer credit analysis, and mortgage loans. Throughout his 30-year career, Rick has personally funded $1B in loans. And Rentqualifier is not Rick’s first venture, he is also the founder of Apex Financial Group, Monterey Group, and Core Swing Golf Company.

Our advisor, George Parrish, needs no introduction in the startup world, as he is a seasoned business development, planning and funding expert with a major track record of success that precedes him. Aside from being the Founder and Executive Director of Entrepreneur Lab LLC, Headquartered in Stockton, CA Ten Space Development and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Central Valley Asian Chamber of Commerce, George has also acted as an advisor and mentor to The Hood App, Vertebar, RentQualifier, WorkVine209, Eye Of The Huntress, BizFuels, Rhymosaurs, SlipTech, CoreSwingGolf, MoBrickz, AmorKambucha, LaMar Software, and many more. George teaches “The Pitch Deck/Elevator Pitch” for ESCEN University in Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux France and is also a board member to 12+ startups in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Europe.

Our Advisor, Brendan Devlin, is a self-proclaimed human Swiss Army knife, who is also the proud father of two amazing kids (Ella and Jack). Throughout his career, which spans 20 years, Brendan has worked with companies like Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, and Thomson Reuters.

CTO

Our CTO, Mark, brings over 20 years of experience to Rentqualifier. An expert in the legal and medical fields, Mark has worked at companies like CCI/Triad Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin and Crown Enterprises prior to joining the RQ team. Mark prides himself on his innate ability to create solutions using experience and ingenuity.

Our legal advisor, Erik Milliken, is a seasoned Silicon Valley startup advisor who has advised hundreds of startups—to the tune of billions in investments and liquidity events. He’s been a licensed attorney since 2010 and has worked with startups and emerging companies ever since. An expert at taking large amounts of data and cutting through the noise to find valuable patterns—Erik also specializes in helping entrepreneurs find their path to sustainability and prosperity.

Having served as the Executive VP of Soltech Solar, the Compliance Officer at Centurion Alliance, and a strategic advisor to some of Silicon Valley's most successful Startups—Erik brings an invaluable amount of experience and expertise to Rentqualifier.
