In consideration of your order, you agree to provide true and accurate information and and give Rentqualifier.com permission to access your credit report file and any other information that apply to this web site and its functionality. You certify that you are (18) years or older.

Rentqualifier.com, reserves the right to cancel or suspend and terminate your account if false or inaccurate information is provided to the web site. You also agree that Rentqualifier.com, will not be liable to you or any other third party if we cancel or suspend your order. In order to use our product, you must have a United States address, a valid Social Security number, an e-mail address and in some instances provide a working telephone number. You will also need to provide a credit card number to order our product and service.

You understand that by submitting your order you are providing us with written instructions in accordance with the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, and give Rentqualifier.com permission to obtain information from your personal credit profile from TRANS UNION and any other credit reporting company and to verify your identity.

Rentqualifier.com, at its discretion may modify or discontinue the products or service provided by the web site with or without prior notice. Rentqualifier.com is not a credit repair company and does not imply that we can improve or delete your credit history file.

You must have an e-mail and a compatible browser such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari or higher in order to receive our product. As a customer you are agreeing to receive information from us via e-mail and in the event, you change your e-mail address you will provide us with the necessary changes.

Rentqualifier.com is calculated using actual data on your credit report on that particular day it is requested and may be affected by length of employment, balances on outstanding credit etc. The actual formula or algorithm on calculating scores are proprietary.

The TERMS and CONDITIONS and the PRIVATE POLICY constitute the entire agreement between you and Rentqualifier.com. We may update the TERMS and CONDITIONS and PRIVATE POLICY from time to time and we will notify you either by postal mail or e-mail. These will remain in effect and upon termination the TERMS and CONDITIONS and PRIVATE POLICY will survive.
